If you are a member of the general public and would like an evaluation for yourself, a family or a friend, please do not contact me directly. Instead, have the attorney or other professional involved in the case (e.g., conservator) contact me.
Initial phone conversation
I will be interested to hear about the case and how I might be helpful. Upon request, I will send the following:
- Cover letter
- Curriculum vitae
- Fee schedule
- Agreement for services
Regarding the agreement, I require the business arrangement to be between me and the professional/professional office requesting my services. This means that the professional/professional office will be responsible for payment.
